Because here, the model boxes of the unit casings to be certified achieve the highest possible tightness class L1. The novelty: A new casing design now presented achieves this maximum level of tightness even in real operation.
robatherm is thus specifically addressing highly specialized, sustainably oriented companies and is thus focusing on the technologies of tomorrow. After all, in some industries, the requirements for ventilation technology are so high that the usual market standards are not sufficient. waterproof air handling units.
In such a new development, robatherm benefits from special know-how from other disciplines. In this case, it was the now routine production of waterproof AHU casings. This is the basis for the new, extremely airtight design. Ultimately, it is a combination of ingenious details that focus primarily on the openings of the air handling unit: Access doors, casing feedthroughs, as well as connection points of individual casing segments.
Future solution with solid properties.
In addition to the above-average tightness, other qualities stand out: For example, the stable casing design impresses with its enormous strength and excellent thermal decoupling. This results not only in extremely high thermal insulation, but also in a significantly lower tendency to condensation on the casing.
