Safety first: robatherm cancels participation at the ISH 2021

robatherm won't be participating at the ISH 2021 in Frankfurt. Considerable concerns about the safety and health of all involved were crucial to this decision.

"We take our responsibility for both our customers and our employees very seriously. We consider the risk of a Covid-19 infection to be incalculable, despite the Messe Frankfurt's hygiene concept. We do believe in the exhibition concept, however, not in this form and not at this time. Our challenge lies in doing without as well as in searching for creative solutions. Enabling us to hold meetings with our business partners in a pleasant atmosphere and, at the same time, fulfil our social responsibility. This is our approach and we are fully convinced of its merits," says Mathieu Huber, CEO at robatherm, in explaining the company's decision.

For the last few months, robatherm has ensured smooth operations with the help of comprehensive safety measures, while running production at full capacity. The resulting reliability and compliance with deadlines is something the company has no intention of carelessly jeopardizing. Although robatherm won't be present at the ISH 2021, the manufacturer of air handling units will extensively present its new products as well as new solutions next spring.

"Personal contact will always remain essential to us. But how can we invite customers to a trade show, if we cannot do so in good conscience? That's why we will intend to create exciting event formats to accommodate discussions and present our products, such as the robatherm TI-50 series, within a setting that we can take responsibility for.", says Robert Sauter, Head of Marketing, explaining plans for 2021.

The fact that health plays a unique role at robatherm is not only reflected in our decision not to participate at the trade fair. For example, the new TI-50 housing design features exceptional hygienic properties. Not without good reason, after all, hygienic conditioning of ambient air has played a significant role in the development of TI-50. The fact that hygiene in ventilation and air-conditioning systems has now become particularly important, in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, confirms the development by robatherm.
