TrueBlue – EEWärmeG
As from January 1, 2009, the Renewable Energies Heat Act (EEWärmeG) stipulates the use of renewable energies in new buildings with useful areas in excess of 50 m². Depending on the type of energy, the overall energy demand for heating and cooling shall be covered by the following fractions:
• solar radiation energy ≥ 15 %
• biogas ≥ 30 %
• biomass, liquid or solid ≥ 50 %
• geothermal energy, ambient heat ≥ 50 %
Systems recovering waste heat from extract air are recognized as so-called “alternative measures”. In order to achieve the specified coverage fraction, renewable energies and alternative measures may be combined on a pro-rata-basis, provided that the following conditions are met:
• heat recovery ≥ 70 %
• COP ≥ 10
All data relevant to verification in compliance with EEWärmeG can be determined and documented using TrueBlue by robatherm. With TrueBlue, robatherm has developed a sound planning tool allowing interdisciplinary and complete verification, in compliance with EnEV, DIN V 18599, EEWärmeG and VDI 2067, of the overall energy efficiency of air handling systems, including all life cycle costs (LCC).
TrueBlue thus enables you to objectively compare various makes, AHU concepts and components, taking into account ecological and economic aspects.
